Q: When is the remainder of our payment due?
A: Remaining balance is due on or 30 days before the wedding day.
Q: Can we have family members participate in the wedding?
A: Feel free to let me know if you want a family member to participate in your wedding day ceremony.
Q: Is pre-marital counseling required in order for you to marry us?
A: Pre-marital is not required for me to perform your wedding. However, pre-marital coaching is highly encouraged. I believe that pre-marital coaching has the ability to inform the couple of relationship values and help the couple grow in areas of concern.
Q: Can we write our own vows?
A: Yes you may write you own vows. Further out from the wedding this seems exciting and possible. However, be aware that as the wedding day draws nearer, wedding day jitters begin to set in.
Q: What do you wear when performing our wedding?
A: I usually wear a dark suit with a white shirt along with a tie.
Q: What if something happens and we need to cancel our wedding?
A: If your wedding is cancelled for any reason, all funds are non-refundable.
Q: What happens to our payment if we need to reschedule our wedding?
A: If your wedding needs to be rescheduled, all funds will be applied towards the new wedding date.
Q: Do you perform same gender marriages?
A: I do not perform same gender marriages. As a minister of Compass Community Church, I adhere to the belief of marriage between a man and a woman. However, I will refer same gender couples desiring to be married to fellow colleagues who can assist them.
Q: Can we schedule marriage coaching after our wedding in case we run into problems or have questions?
A: Feel free to call and schedule a coaching session with me at any time after your wedding. Marriage coaching is a great opportunity for you to have a third party listen and provide an outside perspective to whatever your situation is.
Q: Will you attend our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception if invited?
A: If I am able to, I will be delighted to attend!
